Business Partnership Manager

As a public/private partnership, Mcity brings together the mobility industry, government, and U-M research communities to help introduce advanced mobility technologies to society in a thoughtful and beneficial way. Mcity does this in three ways: funding research, running living laboratories, and fostering education and outreach. The Business Partnership Manager’s role is to lead all strategic engagement in this pursuit across Mcity’s industry, academic, and government partners.

• The Ann Arbor Observer is a monthly print/online magazine that features local stories of interest and lists events. They also publish an annual city guide that summarizes a wide variety of topics related to the city, community, education, and activities.
• The Ann Arbor Visitors bureau provides information on things to do in the Ann Arbor area.
• Ann Arbor has made dozens of top 10 lists.
• Ann Arbor has a thriving park system.
• The Ann Arbor District Library has been named a 5-star library for the 11^th year in a row.
• Washtenaw County has many highly ranked public and private schools.
• The University Musical Society hosts world-class performers.
• U-M is 30 minutes from Detroit Metropolitan Airport, a Delta hub.
• The Michigan Department of Education has helped fund a tool to identify local child care and preschool options.
