Heavy Truck FOT Key Findings Report

Meeting Summary

The U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. DOT) hosted a one-day public meeting on October 20, 2010 to provide a final report on the Integrated Vehicle-Based Safety System (IVBSS) program to members of the vehicle safety research community and other interested parties.

This final public meeting of the IVBSS program provided attendees an opportunity to hear from U.S. DOT and IVBSS team members as they discussed results from light vehicle and heavy truck field operational tests that were completed during this past year.
