The University of Michigan’s Automotive Analysis Division offer an Affiliate Program focused on the automotive industry to support the development and exchange of knowledge. Affiliate members benefit from the cooperative program, because it expands the flow of products and services as Affiliates draw on the resources of AAD.
Program Objectives: Facilitate continuous interaction between key participants in the automotive industry and AAD, as well as with other University of Michigan units. Provide a base of unrestricted funds to allow AAD the flexibility required to investigate key industry-wide issues. Support our organizations dissemination of balanced information and analysis on the industry.
Member Benefits : New reports available 2 months before their release to the public Access to all AAD research projects online. Reports on research can also be received via postal mail, free of charge.
E-mail notification of new OSAT activities such as seminars/conferences and new research reports.
Opportunities to appear at various conferences and workshops, as well as assistance in hosting your own events.
Invitation to 6 AAD Automotive Luncheon Seminars at the University of Michigan that run from September to April, where industry leaders present engaging ideas concerning the industry.
Invitation to attend twice annual dinner meetings to preview recent AAD research and suggest future direction for research. Invitation to an annual one on one lunch meeting with AAD to review affiliate participation.
Opportunity to serve on advisory boards for specific AAD research projects Opportunity to present recent company research, events, and product announcements on our website. Recognition and acknowledgement of Affiliates in AAD publications, at conferences, and on our website. Telephone access to AAD researchers for assistance in minor industry information searches.
AAD speaker discounts for your company’s events and Affiliate Advisory Board discounts for AAD seminars. Help in creating links with other areas of the University of Michigan Access to AAD's balanced information and analysis on the automotive industry.
