CIREN Database Enhancement

The goal of this project is to develop statistical techniques that are appropriate for analysis of CIREN data. This entails literature review of techniques for analyzing outcome-sampled data, demonstrations of appropriate techniques using the CIREN data, and evaluation of CIREN sampling criteria.
