This proposal outlines a research plan for developing more effective predictive models and business processes to be incorporated into a software analysis tool that generates and evaluates automotive body dimensional rework solution alternatives. The goal is to develop alternative solutions that may be translated directly into cutter paths or other automated dimensional compensation tools.
