Cathy Seay-Ostrowski

Cathy Seay-Ostrowski is UMTRI's business administrator lead. She has a strong background in research administration, financial systems, and staff development, and has worked for the University of Michigan (U-M) for sixteen years.

Prior to joining UMTRI in October, 2005, Ms. Seay-Ostrowski was the business administrator lead in U-M's Department of Atmospheric, Oceanic, and Space Sciences. Prior to that, she worked as an administrative manager in U-M's Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

Ms. Seay-Ostrowski received a Workplace 2000 Outstanding Leadership Award-Honorable Mention and an M-Pathways Contributions Award. She holds a master's degree in administration with a concentration in human resources management from Central Michigan University, and a bachelor's degree in education from Eastern Michigan University.
