Shinar to speak on distracted driving

Professor David Shinar will present "Distracted Driving: Scope of Problems and Solutions" at noon on Friday, July 16 in UMTRI's McCormick conference room. Shinar is a professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel. He is also the author of the 2007 book Traffic Safety and Human Behavior.
