Professor Lily Elefteriadou, Ph.D., Director of the Transportation Research Center at the University of Florida, will present "Ramp Metering Based on the Probability of Freeway Breakdown" on Thursday, October 1, from noon-1 p.m. in UMTRI's McCormick Conference Room.
