Cash for clunkers stimulates economy says AAD's Belzowski

Bruce Belzowski of the UMTRI's Automotive Analysis Division told Fox News the "cash for clunkers" program is creating jobs, stimulating the economy and reducing car emissions, and is putting more fuel-efficient vehicles on the road.
