GOAL
Perform basic applied research that will contribute to the advancement of the industry.

APPROACH
Involvement of UMTRI staff, the University of Michigan faculty, and domestic and international experts.

MEMBERSHIP
The Program began in 1987 with 3 affiliates. There are currently 26 affiliates in the Program.
