The NASS GES data sets for calendar year 2002 document 54,291 crashes, involving 136,362 occupants in 96,424 vehicles, and 3,252 nonmotorists.

IMPORTANT NOTE: GES 2002 now includes multiple response variables. Many variables have been moved from previous locations and new variables have been added. Please exercise caution when comparing data to previous years.
