The 1999 Texas census accident file documents 311,701 accidents involving 575,738 vehicles that contain 700,134 occupants. The pedestrian/pedalcyclist file contains 7,762 records. The large truck file documents 74,607 accidents involving 152,683 vehicles that contain 183,277 occupants. Files and file structure remain consistent with prior years.
